Cohoes Food Pantry
Our Cohoes Food Pantry offers emergency food for residents in the cities of Cohoes, Watervliet, and Green Island. Strong support from businesses, civic
organizations, senior citizens, local churches, and schools help keep the shelves stocked. Click here for more information!
Service Navigation
Our Service Navigation team streamlines the way our agency interfaces with the community. It is the point of entry for all agency programs and acts as an information hub for those in need of local resources. Equipped with the knowledge of all agency program requirements and eligibility guidelines, our Service Navigators ensure that each person is: informed on what we have to offer, are guided through the application process, and are connected to the program or resource that meets their needs.

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA)
You can have your Federal and State income tax return filed for FREE for low income taxpayers on select days during tax season, by appointment only. An ACAP IRS Certified VITA/TCE Volunteer Preparer will help you complete your income tax return. All services are provided with the strictest confidentiality and accuracy of information.
